They reflect comprehensive support, including, depending on the project: strategy, market analysis, selection and qualification of contacts, negotiation, coordination of stakeholders, and follow-up of the file until completion.

Fees are always communicated before any engagement and formalized in a written mandate, in accordance with the law.

Sale: Fees range from 4% to 8% VAT included, depending on the property price and the chosen sales strategy.

Purchase / Search mandate: Fees range from 3% to 5% VAT included, depending on the budget and scope of the search.

Seasonal rental: Fees range from 15% to 22% VAT included of the net income received by the owner.

Property management: Fees range from 4.8% to 7.2% VAT included of the amounts collected.
